Experimental Studies on the Effects of Acupuncture Histological Observation on the Locus after Acupuncture Stimulation

Abstract
In order to stabilize the morphologic changes of the meridian points pathohistologically in mice under the acupuncture, this experimental studies were carried out through the observation of the blood and the local tissues of the acupunctured experimental animal glossly under the microscope with a regular times and the results are as follows.
1. The lymphocyte value of the experimental group was come out significant increment in comparison to the control group and the neutrophilic leucocytes value was come out the significant decrement.
2. at first after the acupuncture treatment, the slightly serous exudation and hemorrhage in the skin and the subcutaneous tissues could be observed and the degranulation of the mast cell was observed also.
3. with the time passing, the serous exudation and congetion were increased to a high degree. The infiltration of macrophages, lymphocytes, plasma cells, and neutrophilic leucocytes of the meridian points could be observed.
4. at 16th day after the acupuncture, the increment of the slightly serous exudants and the grandular tissues could be admitted, but it was almost recovered to a normal.
By these experimental results, it would thought that the effects of the acupuncture can be expected without the pyosis of the local tissues and the formation of the grandular tissues.
